What advice would you give your younger self about starting a family?
Don’t lose sight of who YOU are. Being a mum doesn’t define you, it compliments YOU.
What has been your biggest challenge in motherhood to date? How have you overcome this?
Twins in NICU and 2 year old who needed me…..taking each day as it came and journal it out!
What are your strategies to manage the juggle of career and family?
We have a massive wall with whiteboard paint in our house and we have a calendar on it, shopping list space and we all can contribute. We draw, brainstorm, write messages!
What do you do for self-care?
I prioritise this alot! I get my nails done, go to the sauna or a float. I get massages often!

I keep reminding myself on the hard days that its “just a season”
